Acne on the Nose and How to Get Rid of It

How To Get Rid Of Pimple On Nose According To DermatologistsIY ...
Acne on the nose is so painful and gross. You can't pop them, and they are so stubborn. They seem to last forever sometimes.

I'm going to share with you what I have found to be the best method regarding how to get rid of acne on the nose.

First off, take a close look at your nose. Are the pores enlarged? Do you have blackheads? The odds are that the bacteria in a blackhead went deeper than usual and became inflamed and cause acne on the nose. So, the best bet is exfoliation.

There are several products on the market for exfoliation, but be careful. Many of them are not meant for people like myself who have very sensitive skin. If you are prone to breakouts and acne on the nose, you should continue to read on.

You might consider looking for acne scrubs that say "for sensitive skin" on the label. These typically are not as harsh on your skin and will be a lot less likely to break you out.

You are not totally out of the woods though. You can still break out with these products too. The trick is that you have to be aware of what you are doing to your skin. Are you applying too much pressure? Scrubbing for too long? Please be careful, because it is little stuff like this that can cause acne on the nose.

Personally, I have been using Queen Helene's Oatmeal and Honey scrub. It does not have any acne products in it and is very mild. I use it once every 2 days. It has really smoothened out my skin and has cut down my acne. I use it as part of a holistic method for treating my skin. It really helps for acne on the nose.

To treat the acne directly if you already have some spots, ice is a good trick for reducing the inflammation. It's probably best not to squeeze it, because acne on the nose is usually very stubborn and will stay closed. You will have to treat it from the outside. Benzoyl Peroxide might work as a quick fix to dry up the acne, but I strongly recommend against this chemical, because it really damages your skin in the long run. What I do now is I apply a dab of Calomine lotion to the spot directly. It doesn't have the abrasive Benzoyl Peroxide chemical in it, and it won't bleach fabrics either.

Now, regarding the holistic method that I follow for treating my skin: I look at everything in my life, such as my diet, exercise, my anxiety, etc. Doing this has made such a great difference in my skin and for getting rid of acne on the nose as well as all other types of facial acne. I have been clear for over a year now. You all should give this holistic method a try. Please check out my resource box for a promising holistic method for treating acne.

Good luck on your journey toward clear skin!!!
